POWERBUILT encompasses what Look Strong Naked is all about- being strong AND looking the part. The goal of this 8-week “powerbuilding” program is to get big and strong while maintaining athleticism.

This program can be completed with just about everything that you’ll find in a commercial gym.  We also offer substitute movements in the notes when we include something that might not be as standard in all gyms.

  • Cable/Lat Pulldown Machine
