THE PROGRAM
POWERBUILT encompasses what Look Strong Naked is all about- being strong AND looking the part. The goal of this 8-week “powerbuilding” program is to get big and strong while maintaining athleticism.
Goal: Get big, strong, and conditioned
Length: 8 Weeks
Days/Week: Four training days and one extra conditioning day
Main Movements: Incline bench press, stiff leg deadlifts, bench press, and front squats, and LSN style conditioning
who’s it for?
This program is for anyone who wants to build muscle without breaking from their big compound movements. This is also a great program for offseason strength athletes who want to improve their body composition.
