OUR ORIGINAL PROGRAM THAT STARTED IT ALL!
this program sets the standard for getting results in the gym.
Each training session is structured around a specific compound barbell movement for strength training followed by strategic accessory movements to supplement the main lift and drive muscle growth. Get strong and look the part!
This program uses a linear loading scheme for an 8 week strength block on the main movements with the accessories changing after four weeks to introduce some variety into your training. Because the loading scheme builds linearly over the eight weeks, upon completion of it you could recycle it over and over again and still make progress on your lifts, or you can then try another LSN program.
THE PROGRAM
The focus is on building strength, adding muscle, and increasing your conditioning. The program consists of two 4-week waves that progress your power movements and push your accessories to the max.
Goal: Build Strength and Muscle
Length: 8 Weeks
Days/Week: 5 Training Days (1 is recommended recovery day)
Main Movements: Overhead press, deadlift, bench press, squat
who’s it for?
This program is for intermediate to advanced lifters. This is the perfect starting program if you are new to LSN or power building training in general. This will push you to become better in the gym.
